Tencent picks up minority stake in hyper casual game publisher Voodoo

Newsbrief: Tencent has gotten a minority stake in Voodoo, the hyper easygoing game portable distributer behind games like Helix Jump, Color Road, and many, some more.

There’s no word on what level of Voodoo Tencent got in the arrangement, or even how much the enormous Chinese organization spent to procure it. On Voodoo’s side of things, CEO Alexandre Yazdi notes in an announcement to The Financial Times that the arrangement produces an association that will assist it with bettering venture into the Asia Pacific market.

“What we like about Tencent is they have such a great amount of involvement with more mind boggling games with more profundity. We truly accept that we can include a new rush of new easygoing items that originate from our hyper-easygoing advancements,” includes Yazdi.
