Take-Two Interactive acquires mobile studio Playdots for $192 million

Take-Two Interactive has obtained versatile studio Playdots for $192 million. The arrangement contains $90 million in cash and $102 million worth of recently gave Take-Two offers.

Established in 2013, Playdots is the developer behind Dots, Two Dots, and Dots and Co., which have amassed more than 100 million downloads consolidated.

The studio is driven by King’s previous head of establishments Nir Efrat, who as of now serves as Playdots CEO and will stay in charge following the arrangement.

Take-Two, which claims distributer 2K Games and Grand Theft Auto engineer Rockstar, said the procurement will “differentiate and reinforce” its portable contributions, explicitly inside the easygoing, allowed to-play fragment.
